John G. Coleman is an associate in the Philadelphia office of McBreen & Kopko engaged in general civil litigation practice with a focus on the defense of premises liability, product liability, and other civil litigations matters. Prior to joining McBreen & Kopko, Mr.

Shelley A. Ewalt is a Partner for McBreen & Kopko and is based in Princeton, NJ. Ms. Ewalt’s practice focuses on aviation and airport law with a focus on business transactions and contracts, corporate matters, and regulatory compliance.

Christopher J. Boyle joined McBreen & Kopko in 2004.

Michele Tate McBreen, a Partner based in Chicago, concentrates on employment and corporate law in her appellate practice.  A 1976 cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame, she received her J.D. from the same institution in 1980.

Mary Elizabeth Kopko is a Partner based in the firm’s Chicago office where she has an appellate practice.  Ms. Kopko has been licensed to practice in Illinois and admitted before both the Seventh Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Thomas J. Bradley is a Partner at McBreen & Kopko and serves as the Managing Partner of the firm’s Philadelphia Office.  Since 1984 he has practiced in the civil litigation area in Federal and State courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  Mr.

Robert S. Moran, Jr. is the Managing Partner of the New Jersey office of McBreen & Kopko, and heads the firm's mergers and acquisitions practice. Having practiced for more than 30 years, Mr.

Richard A. Auerbach is the Managing Partner of McBreen & Kopko's New York offices and heads the commercial litigation practice. He has been practicing in New York since 1981.  Mr.
